• Represented a legacy dairy business before the Honourable Lahore High Court, Lahore and regulatory authorities in an illegal seizure. Successfully obtained immediate interim relief and ensured continuance of business operations.
• Conducted litigation and restrained DISCOs from encashing performance guarantees in multiple cases before the Honourabel Lahore High Court, Lahore and commercial courts of Lahore.
• Conducted litigation and effectively restrained government authorities and land mafia from illegally usurping commercial property worth US $ 20 Million by obtaining multiple injunctive orders from the Honourable Lahore High Court, Lahore and the lower courts of Lahore.
• Represented esteemed Senator of the Parliament of Pakistan in hearing before the Honourable Election Commission of Pakistan against show cause notice based on misconceived notion of holding dual office and successfully ensured withdrawal of the same on the first date of hearing.
• Representing All Pakistan Restaurant Association before Competition Commission of Pakistan (“CCP”) against online/app-based food delivery services company, abusing its dominant position in the market by leveraging exemption granted by the CCP under the Loyalty Agreement.
• Filed and argued constitutional petition on which the Honourable Lahore High Court, Lahore formed a new bench pertaining to school security matters. This petition culminated in the promulgation of the Punjab Vulnerable Institutions Ordinance, 2015 by the Government of Punjab.
